ConwayMarijuana.Clinic is an information and marketing website. We provide general information about Arkansas's Medical Marijuana Program under Amendment 98 and facilitate access to third-party telehealth booking services. This Site does not provide medical services, issue certifications or registry cards, render clinical advice, or participate in any clinical decision-making.
We are not a medical practice, pharmacy, dispensary, or healthcare provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Arkansas Department of Health (ADH), the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Commission, or any government agency.
All appointment scheduling services are facilitated through Acuity Scheduling, an independent third-party booking platform. All clinical services are provided solely by independent Arkansas-licensed physicians (MD or DO) who are not employees, agents, or representatives of this Site.
When you book an appointment through this Site, you are scheduling with an independent, third-party Arkansas-licensed physician (MD or DO). These physicians are solely responsible for:
We do not supervise, direct, credential, control, or employ any physician. No provider–patient relationship exists between you and ConwayMarijuana.Clinic.
We do not guarantee that a physician will complete the Physician Written Certification, that the ADH will approve your registry card application, or that an appointment will be available at a particular time or price. Certification decisions are made solely by the independent physician. Registry card decisions are made solely by the ADH.
Use of this Site is intended for adults who are 21 years of age or older and who are Arkansas residents with a qualifying condition under Amendment 98. Consult the ADH Medical Marijuana page for current eligibility rules.
Appointment booking is facilitated through Acuity Scheduling. Payment may be made by major credit card at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is governed by the policy disclosed at booking and/or the independent physician's posted policy.
The $50 non-refundable Arkansas state application fee is paid directly to the ADH at the ADH patient application portal — not to this Site. That fee is non-refundable and governed entirely by ADH policy. The clinic consultation fee paid at booking is the only fee collected by this platform.

Jurisdiction and Venue: Exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any actions arising out of, or relating to or in any way connected with your access and/or use of this Site shall be in Bexar County, Texas if in state court, and in the Western District of Texas in San Antonio, Texas if in federal court.
