ConwayMarijuana.clinic — Arkansas Medical Marijuana for the City of Colleges
Conway is the City of Colleges — the seat of Faulkner County and home to Hendrix College, the University of Central Arkansas (UCA), and Central Baptist College, a community of more than 72,000 residents approximately 25 miles north of Little Rock, home to Conway Regional Medical Center and Baptist Health Medical Center-Conway. ConwayMarijuana.clinic is an online directory and telehealth scheduling platform connecting Conway residents with Arkansas-licensed physicians for Amendment 98 medical marijuana certifications.
We are not a medical practice, dispensary, or pharmacy. We connect patients with qualified Arkansas-licensed physicians and guide them through the Amendment 98 certification and ADH application process — from Downtown Conway and the UCA campus to Hendrix Village, Lake Conway, and every Faulkner County neighborhood.
Every physician on our platform holds a valid Arkansas medical license (MD or DO) — the only practitioners authorized under Amendment 98 to complete the ADH Physician Written Certification. Nurse practitioners are not authorized under Arkansas's program.
All telehealth appointments are conducted on HIPAA-compliant platforms. Conway patients' health information is handled with complete confidentiality throughout the process.
Every certification follows ADH requirements. The $50 non-refundable state fee is paid directly to the ADH through the ADH patient application portal — not to this platform.
Arkansas's Medical Marijuana Program, established by Amendment 98 of 2016 and administered by the Arkansas Department of Health (ADH) for patient registration and the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Commission for dispensary licensing, has two steps. A Conway patient books a real-time video visit with an Arkansas-licensed physician through this platform — pursuant to Act 1112 of 2021, telehealth certification is permitted. The physician evaluates the patient's qualifying condition and, if appropriate, completes the ADH Physician Written Certification electronically. The patient then applies online at the ADH patient application portal with the certification, Arkansas ID, and the $50 non-refundable state fee directly to ADH. Processing takes up to 14 business days. Once approved, the patient prints their own registry card from the ADH portal and can purchase up to 2.5 oz per 14-day period at any licensed Arkansas dispensary statewide.
Arkansas maintains a specific list of qualifying debilitating medical conditions under Amendment 98 including cancer, glaucoma, HIV/AIDS, hepatitis C, ALS, Tourette's syndrome, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, PTSD, severe arthritis, fibromyalgia, Alzheimer's disease, peripheral neuropathy, intractable pain, and severe or persistent muscle spasms.
